Metallica announce four huge UK shows for next summer
The thrash metal legends will play stadium shows in the UK in June and July 2026
One of the most iconic heavy bands of all time, Metallica are bringing their Metallica: M72 World Tour to the UK. The band will play huge shows in Glasgow and Cardiff, plus a double-night no-repeats London show in summer 2026, continuing their two-and-a-half-year stint around the globe.
Metallica will play Glasgow’s Hampden Park on Thursday 25 June, before travelling to Cardiff to play Principality Stadium on Sunday 28 June. They’ll then head to London to play two nights at London Stadium on Friday 3 and Sunday 5 July.
This is a continuation of Metallica’s huge M72 World Tour, which began in Amsterdam in April 2023 and is set to wrap up in December of this year in Abu Dhabi.
